Refund & Exchange Terms & Conditions:

  1. Return or exchange is only allowed within 7 days of order placement.
  2. Returned/exchanged products must be in their original Anaaj Basti packaging.
  3. The original purchase invoice must be provided.
  4. The returned product must be received in the same condition as it was delivered.
  5. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs
    are non-refundable.
  6. Cash refunds will only be made via Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash. Otherwise,
    refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
  7. If Anaaj Basti dispatches the wrong item(s), an exchange will be arranged at no
    additional cost.
  8. If a wrong order is placed by the customer, an exchange can still be made, but the
    customer will bear both-way shipping charges.

Refund & Exchange Process:

Once the returned items are received, our team will inspect them and notify you regarding your claim status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days via the account details you provide (Bank/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash). If account details are not provided, a store credit will be issued for use in your next purchase.
